the personnel was always sincere, very quick check-in, plus the service was helpful. room was common, common. breakfast was really tasty and had a great selection of options - cereal, coffee, muffins, bacon and bangers. phenomenal location to pier 39. the beach nearby was wonderful and the view was decent.
Actually, Wi-Fi was weak and our bed was rock hard.

this boutique hotel had outstanding views. i had a deluxe king room it was updated. the staff did all they can for a very pleasant stay. there were stores and a market around the venue. the restaurant was average with very good food and service.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
